Boot-Camp Schedule 2012:

Monday January 2nd - Saturday January 28th
4 Weeks $150 includes HST
 

Monday January 30th - Saturday February 25th 
4 Weeks $160 includes HST

* No Classes on Friday February 17th & Saturday 18th

Monday February 27th - Friday March 16th
3 Weeks $120 includes HST

  * No Classes on Monday March 5th

Closed during Spring Break - Saturday March 17th - Saturday March 24th

Monday March 26th - Saturday April 21st 
4 Weeks $160 includes HST

* No Classes Easter Weekend

Mon & Wed 11am Yoga Sport L 1-2
Tues & Thurs  3:30pm Cardio Core Circuit

Saturday Yoga Sport L 2-3
 
    * Yoga Classes are 90 minutes.  All other classes are 60 minutes.

Includes BF%, WI's, Measurements, Nutrition by appointment . 

All fitness classes are Indoor/Outdoor and include Cardio, Core Work, Strength and Stability - come prepared for anything. Jogs by the lake, Hikes up Bear Hill, TRX, Circuit, Walking Lunges through the hay field, you name it. All on a private spectacular location. No meeting at different parks around the city. The workout always changes to keep participants challenged and getting results. We have the option of a clean, private, fully equipped studio if it's raining. The Yoga Sport compliments the program getting you stronger and leaner.

Participants can go to as many classes as they want per week, even multiples in a day, depending on their fitness level and goals.

8 reasons that this is not your average Boot-Camp.

1: Once 15 are booked, we have multiple trainers to keep all participants safely supervised and getting results.

2: Completely private location that is easy to access. Trails and hikes are right outside the door. We use the great outdoors and the clean, fully equipped studio. Nobody is watching you, no line-ups, no intimidation.

3: Same location. We happen to have a spectacular view, that never changes. You don't have to "find" your location each workout. Here it feels like you are in the country, yet still close to town. Elk and Beaver Lake are just in front of you. Bear Hill hiking trails are adjacent to the property. Huge hay field. So many options right here. It doesn't get much better!

4: The workouts always change! You may be outside under a birch tree with a TRX, you may be in the studio doing partner training, or it could be a circuit. Circuits can be inside or outside. Drills can be inside or outside. Always something fresh to keep your group guessing and getting results! Want to bike? Hike? Run? Row? Box? Cage Train? It's all here.

5: Your friends? Your wedding party? Your team? A bunch of co-workers? The bigger the group the more fun and the better the results.

6: We work with your group throughout the program just likethe coach of an elite athletic team. Regardless of your ability we ensure that every aspect of your health is geared to success. You have your own "Wellness Coach" that cares enough to help you through the roadblocks.

7: Always positive, encouraging, and supportive. This is about feeling better, more self confident, empowered.

8: Last, but not least this is not a "quick fix". This program will change your life. Our goal is to give you the tools to stay active and vibrant into your 90's!

Experienced, Certified. We have trained Actors and Actresses getting ready for movies. Brides to Be, as well as Couples. We have trained Mot-X racers, Sports Teams, and Moms getting ready for that Warm Weather Vacation coming up.

Fee Structure

Price is $150 including HST (half the reg. price) for unlimited classes at SSC Fitness.
