NEW CLASSES:
SSC Fitness will be adding new classes to the schedule. If you have any suggestions for class times and/or levels that would work for you in addition to the current schedule, please let her know. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

 

   
 

All classes are 1 and ½ hours unless stated otherwise
Monday    
Tuesday Mixed Level 2 10:30 am
  Mixed Level 5:30 pm
Wednesday    
Thursday Mixed Level 2 10:30 am
  Mixed Level 1 4:00 pm
Friday    
Saturday Mixed Level 2 10:30 am
Sunday    

** Group Circut Training and Yoga classes are set for 8 weeks (with the exception of Stat Holiday dates which will be rescheduled or payment adjusted prior to booking). Full payment is expected at the start of the session.

Minimum of 4 participants required to keep a group class running.

Missed classes may be made up during the same week at a different scheduled class, prior arrangements made with Christina.

Classes that are missed cannot be saved or transferred to another session or participant.

Payments made by cash or cheque to SSC Fitness Inc. (A $25 fee will be charged for any NSF cheques).

Evening yoga classes ARE available. Please phone or email for current class times, as the times often change. To create your own class all you need is 4 people (not necessarily the same level). You can book just one class, or a series of six prebooked classes for your group.

Circut Training, Hot Yoga, Partner Yoga, Level 3 Classes and Foam Roller Classes are also available. These classes are not always posted on our web page, so please call Christina to find out more about upcoming specialty classes!
