Small Group Fitness
Share the cost of fitness sessions with a small group of like minded participants. Maximum of 10 Participants so you are always safely supervised, never "lost in the crowd" of a big Boot-Camp style class.
Cardio Core Group
Starting Outside (we do have the option to go in if it is pouring) we often hike up Bear Hill, power walk or jog the lake trail. Christina's personal fave - walking lunges up the driveway! Then onto a circuit style class where anything goes. There are BOSU's, Stability Balls, TRX's, Rocker Boards, Bands, Free Weights, Free Motion, ... always functional, always core, always something fresh to keep your body guessing and getting results. This is a full body movement based calorie blasting at it's best.
We invite you to come get stronger, more balanced, more coordinated, more aware, and more confident.
Active adults will develop athleticism as they improve their foundation for all future fitness and recreational activities. "The body will do what the mind commands" is our can do attitude. Imagine what it feels like to remain injury free and be physically prepared for any activity. Imagine the power participants possess when they truly challenge their human machine. Our goal here is to help participants build and maintain their bodies to stay active in sport and recreation well into their 90's (yes we currently have an 84 years young participant!).

Fee Structure
Option One: $200 plus HST for 10 Classes
(recorded at the studio as you go, $20/class)

Option Two: Commit to 3x/wk for One Calendar Month
$185 plus HST ($12-$15 /class depending on the month)
Option Three: Commit to 2x/wk for One Calendar Month
$150 plus HST ($15-18 / class depending on the month)
