Evening yoga classes ARE available. Please call or email to book or request a class! OR for current class times, click here and check often, as the times are subject to change. To create your own class all you need is 4 people (not necessarily the same level). You can book just one class, or a series of six prebooked classes for your group.

Intro to Yoga
Intro to Yoga Classes are held by request for anyone who is new to yoga or for those who want to go over the basic yoga poses in more detail, with a lot more instruction on form. This class has a much slower pace, and is geared to the participant’s level of fitness and experience. Open to anyone who wants to try a very gentle more restorative yoga class. Participants must call ahead to book this class. The class requires three participants to run, so if you and a couple of friends would like your own class, please call Christina to book.

Level 1
Ideal for beginners and students wishing to go at a gentler pace, the emphasis is on detailed instruction and individual corrections. This class spends more time on deep relaxation & stress reduction to revitalize the body.
Level 1-2
A more flowing pace to the class, while still providing guidance, instruction and attention to detail; recommended for beginners wishing to challenge themselves a little bit more.
Level 2
A mixed-level class taught in a flow style with suggested options for most poses so that students can individualize their practice needs as they transition.
Level 2- 3
More vigorous and challenging class taught in a flow-style, inter-linking poses through a series of movements. Emphasis is placed on general rhythm of the class. This class is recommended for experienced students and those wishing to really challenge themselves. You will need a towel for this class.

Hot Yoga Class
All the Hot Yoga Classes are 2 Hours

There will be a 2 Hour Hot Yoga Class 1x/Month. The date for each class will be posted several weeks ahead and must be signed up for and prepaid. Cost for the class is $15.00
Participants must have previous yoga experience, and at least a few classes with Christina to attend this class. Please bring a full sized beach towel, a small hand towel, a water bottle, and your Yoga Mat. Expect to sweat and have a great workout.

Vinyasa Flow Style Yoga
Vinyasa Flow yoga is a popular, evolving form of traditional hatha yoga. This style focuses on integrating breath and movement, awareness and alignment, strength and flexibility. Your practice is likened to a dynamic dance of postures that are connected through the breath for a balancing effect.
Like many body-centered practices that originated in Asia, yoga is an ancient holistic system of health and self-development that begins with the body as a way to affect all aspects of our being. Yoga practice starts with the outermost layers and progresses to the more subtle interior core. The process of strengthening, opening and aligning the physical structures of the body clears the channels of the body for enhanced flow of energy. Steady relaxed breathing increases your energy and positively affects your mind, body, and spirit. Vinyasa originates within the yogic teachings of Sri T. Krisnamarchya whose students are the head of three of the main forms of classical yoga today;
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (Pattabhi Jois), Iyengar Yoga (BKS Iyengar), Viniyoga (T.K.V. Desikachar).
