Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, we’ve got a class with a place just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs, or "Commit to Fit" with a Small Group Series. Our Studio is quite small so space is limited, #'s depend on the class, we often have Hybrid classes where participants are in the studio and the rest join us Virtually. For Circuit Training we keep the #'s to 10.
We also have Outside Yoga in the Park, Indoor/Outdoor TRX Strength & Fitness Series as well as options for Private or Semi Private Classes.
Everything is sanitized before and after class.
