you can put it on anything you usually frost … and it’s also great as a spoonful-of-frosting snack 🍫 when those craving hit.

~ 1 large sweet potato (I accidentally grabbed a white sweet potato, but it workedreally well!)
~ 12oz. vegan chocolate chips
~ (optional) 1-3 tsp maple syrup or maple syrup butter if you prefer it a bitsweeter. Or you can add a bit of stevia.
~pierce, and bake or microwave the sweet potato
~let it cool after baking
~scoop the flesh into a food processor
~melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave (carefully🌿so it doesn’t burn)
~add them to the food processor
~blend everything together until it’s smooth
