2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained
1 large ripe avocado, pitted
1 cup fresh parsley or cilantro
3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1 jalapeño
3 cloves garlic, minced
Must Do
Whirl the garlic in the food processor, then add the rest, blend until smooth.
Serve with seed crackers, raw vegetables (we like carrots best) or organic corn tortilla chips.
