I'm writing about confidence because I battled low self esteem for years.โฃ

โฃ

I weighed my worth on the scale.โฃ

โฃ

I was MEAN to the girl I saw in the mirror.

โฃ

And I was caught in a cycle ๐Ÿ” of constantly judging myself.

โฃ

Here's what I have learned about confidence along the way:

โŒ๏ธConfidence is not something we find in our reflectionโฃ, itโ€™s much deeper, itโ€™s something we FEEL. The entire room can feel it too.

โŒ๏ธConfidence doesn't necessarily increase as the number on the scale goes down

โฃ

โŒ๏ธConfidence doesn't require any approval from anyone

โฃ

โŒ๏ธConfidence is not necessarily something you were born withโฃ, but we can all learn and grow into confident humans.

Take a deeper look inside. Maybe you arenโ€™t confident in your reflection because you have broken so many promises to yourself. Maybe you donโ€™t trust YOURSELF.โฃ

If you donโ€™t BELIEVE youโ€™re capable of achieving your goals, those new daily lifestyle habits are going to be impossible to stick to. โฃ

So here it comesโ€ฆ Why even do them if you arenโ€™t going to get the results anyway, right? โฃBring on the self sabotage.โฃ

โฃSo how do we repair our SELF-TRUST and rebuild our self confidence ?โฃ

โœ…๏ธ Practice small daily habits. For example, a morning routine that you KNOW you can stick to no matter whatโฃ

โฃ

โœ…๏ธ never cancel on yourself! Set REALISTIC expectations for your week and then donโ€™t miss! You can modify,but show up for the things you commit to.โฃ

โฃ

โœ… notice the negative selftalk - Start playing on your own team. Thoughts are not facts. Seeing your potential is seeing your worth

โฃMINDSET is key

Confidence is knowing you will show up for yourself, ESPECIALLY when itโ€™s hard.โฃ

โฃ

When you can do that, the PHYSICAL transformation becomes easy, and youโ€™ll learn to love what you see in the mirror.โฃ
