Easy Overnight Oats

1/2 cup Whole Rolled Oats 

1 Tablespoon Flax or Chia Seeds 

1/4 cup Raisins or Dates or Dried Cranberries or Coconut Chunks 

3/4 cup Filtered Water Hot

1/2 cup Nut Milk or your favourite Milk Alternative 

Fresh sliced fruit or berries and/plain Greek Yogurt or Yogurt Alternative



*choose organic as much as possible

Put all 3 Ingredients in a medium sized mason jar, add the warm water and let soak for a few minutes.

Add the nut milk and place in the fridge until the next morning. 

Add a few berries and a dollop of yogurt, maybe a sprinkle of cinnamon  and you are all set. 

Many variations, be creative and enjoy 😋

No need to cook, but you can heat this up if you prefer. This also travels well for after that morning workout.  Ideal Post Workout Meal
