I'm not into wowing you with complex sounding terms like scapulothoracic rhythm or naming all the tendons and bones in the palm of the hand! I am not sure I even remember all of that 🤔
Instead, I give straightforward, clear instructions that both new and seasoned fitness goers can appreciate - because they work!
