1/2 Cup frozen mango
1/2 Cup canned or frozen pineapple
1 Cup soy milk (unsweetened vanilla is our fave) or other milk alternative
2 tsps fresh grated ginger (or more to taste preference)
1 scoop vanilla plant based protein or whey protein.
Add filtered water to achieve the consistency you like best.
